The streaming video file is produced from the video of your ceremony. One hour of video service must be purchased.
Important notice:
Hotel Fee (HF): You should ask at your hotel if there is a fee for external photographer/ videographer use. If the wedding is in a hotel operated by Karisma the HF does not apply.
Delivery policy: We require 48 hours to develop prints and
72 hours to edit a DVD (excluding weekends and Mexican
holidays). If you depart prior to your delivery date
we can send your package to your home address via private courier. Shipping is not included in your package and the charge
is payable to your photographer on your wedding day
(US & Canada US$50.00 / UK US$75.00.).
For couples departing prior to their delivery date we can offer express delivery if requested in advance to
info@caribephoto.com (for a US$30.00 fee payable to the photographer on the wedding day).
